My First Zumba Experience!

I've wanted to go to Zumba for over a year now, and on Monday I finally went for the first time with Roi & Lynnie!
I was slightly unsure how it would go since as you can see by my "How To Body Roll" post, I'm not particularly gifted when it comes to dancing... or moving gracefully in general -_-'
But nonetheless I had an awesome time and felt really great afterwards! I'm pretty sure only women attended the class, and the majority were middle-aged, and maybe there were two others around our age and then some in their 20s-30s.
There was one instructor at the top, guiding us along and there were screens up along the sides for people far back who weren't able to see her, since there were a LOT of people there. I can't even remember how many songs we went through, but after each one, the rows at the front would move to the back and vice versa.
Of course, we had to be at the very front for the song that had this really difficult movement, that I honestly had no clue how to do so I sort up just bopped around for that part, pretending I knew my shizz, with the instructor awkwardly staring at me wondering wtf I was doing. /facepalm/
Actually, the instructor got slightly annoyed since when she said "go left" we'd all follow her and go right, which was her left, if you get me. It was funny though... since no one really gave a shit if they were going left or right. >_<'
Another awkward moment, was when we were at the back, and we had to basically just... shake our bodies LOL, so, since I was at the back I thought "heheh no one can see me so Ima go cray cray" and was like *SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE*, then afterwards I was told at that moment some creepers were doing what they do best, creeping in on everyone from the door. But I don't think they could see our faces, just our asses. O_o
The hour flew by so fast! I didn't even realise it was over. But a warning to those who aren't particularly fit, or don't work out that often: you might feel dead after the first time you go. I didn't though, since I work out a few times a week. *fist pumps*

If you want to know if there's any Zumba classes near you just go to their website here, enter your town/city under 'find a class' and voila! I have no idea if the cost of different classes vary, but where I went it was €6! Oh and also, I recommend going with a friend or even a family member, it makes it so much more fun & enjoyable. ^_^
