February (Part 1)

(FYI: I had this posts in my drafts for a while now so some of the things I've said sound a little outdated now.)

I am super ultra mega happy to say I am finally done with the mocks and now have a week off to relax (sort of). However, I am not super ultra mega happy at the fact that after this week I have to do mock Irish and German orals and mock music practical.........not to mention actually getting my mock results back eeek. Overall, the mocks weren't completely awful, but they weren't amazing at the same time. I'm hoping I'm just underestimating myself and I'll end up getting much better grades then I thought. I know it's overused but ~they are only the mocks~ so really it's not the end of the world if an exam doesn't go according yo plan yo. u_u fun fact: I typed 'Poland' instead of 'plan' wtf.

I received these in the post the day before the mocks started (I think). They were on sale in Schuh for €44, original price is €100!!!!!!! Quite comfy but I think they run a little big in size orz

I have no idea how this happened. O_O Basically one day the screen was fine and the next day it was cracked into a billion pieces *confused* Basically my 3GS was depressed cause my iPhone 5 was getting all of my attention or like.....Sheba sat on it idk. All the endless possibilities..... *gazes out window while stroking beard*

I woke up extremely early every morning for the past I-can't-even-remember weeks, so I went for walks with Lady on the weekends when it started to get bright. ^_^

I also woke up one morning and there was snow everywhere wtf. My dad had said the day before it would snow throughout the night but I didn't really pay attention, mainly due to the fact that the other several times he told me this, it never happened. -_- I ended up missing Irish paper 2, but I made it in for biology yay! After biology my right leg died and it was a really strange experience cause I almost fell over if it wasn't for Gael catching me. So thank you for saving me from what could have been a awfully embarrassing moment. ^_^

This is one of my favourite snack foods omg so yums. I started eating it during the break before bio and Roi was like 'ARE YOU EATING LEAVES??' orz. I ate so much throughout the mocks cause I didn't want to end up hungry in the middle of an exam, 'cause hunger drastically changes my mood. Everything and everyone annoys me and I get super snappy and depressed *sighs*

This is me being sad the night before German.

I procrastinated TONNES the evening I took this, 'cause it was music (last exam) the next day. I had gotten to the stage of tiredness where I was so exhausted I just sat there and did next to nothing oops.

Shauna laughed when I told her I took a picture of my pen cause I wanted to document how much ink I used in one history exam. :( I just thought it was a lot of ink used for just one exam okie?! Just a heads up if anyone reading this is doing LC history: it's one damn tiring exam, my hand was cramped for hours after it and even though the hall where we did the exam was freezing, my face got really really warm cause I'm pretty sure my brain was on the brink of exploding at several points. It's like you finish one essay on time and you're like YAAAAAY for maybe a second and then like OK NEXT ESSAY FML HAND PLZ DON'T FALL OFF.

Pretending to be a diligent music student! I was listening to Tchaikovsky on the bus on the way to school and I was sort of maybe dozing off and then all of a sudden it got incredibly loud and it scared the crap out of me. Damn you, Tchaikovsky. Bach will always be my fav though cause ARIA DUETTO.

Shauna also laughed at my celebratory Greek salad w/ bacon in Delish. It was actually quite a momentous occasion cause there were olives in it and I ate them and I distinctly remember eating an olive back in the day and thinking it was vile. I think I must have very adaptable taste buds seeing as this has happened to me with a lot of foods/drinks I hated but now like. O.O

I went to Dublin with Roi & Shauna over midterm. I'm actually quite proud of myself cause I managed to navigate my way from O'Connell St. to Grafton St. w/o dying. Although we had a series of near-death experiences when we first left Bus Aras wtf. None of that matters though, because I FINALLY got to eat my first ever macaroon! *happy tears* It was a very momentous occasion, and now I want more.

A trip to Dublin is never complete without Starbucks. I love how I took this photo, but I wasn't even ready for it...hence my hand awkwardly holding the cup. Actually it looks like I'm offering you my coffee but lets be real, when would I ever give anyone my Starbucks.

We met with Lily and took the train back to Maynooth with her for a short visit. I also got her a malteaser chocolate bunny cause I'm awesome like that yo.

I think Roi & I deserve an award for making it back from Maynooth to Dublin and then back to Cavan all in one piece. Idc if the train station is right beside busaras, this is us we're talking about....we have no concept of direction, therefore this is a major achievement for us OKAY?! U_U
